Validate request and reserve capacityChecks the PR, requested options, and two-realm limit.
Build PR-specific server imagesGitHub Actions compiles AzerothCore and prepares its database importer. This is usually the longest step.
Allocate an isolated realm slotAssigns a realm ID, namespace, private databases, and one-time management token.
Prepare databases and cluster servicesCopies the base world, imports the PR database state, and connects shared TC9 services.
Start the gateway and AzerothCore serverDownloads cached client data when needed and waits for both workloads to become healthy.
Register and verify the playable realmAdds the realm to the authentication realm list and returns its connection details.
